8" Chocolate cake:
Three layers of moist chocolate cake filled with our signature cream cheese, Belgian chocolate frosting.
6" & 4'' cakes: Victoria sponge cake with a hint of lemon zest filled with fresh strawberries and mascarpone fresh cream.
All three cakes are finished with American- style buttercream
Colour: Blush pink to cream (customisable)
Decoration: small pieces of edible flowers (shape to be sent for confirmation) with golden center scattered all over the cake
Top layer: round blobs of frosting on the edges
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake:
free-range eggs, flour, sugar,
butter, buttermilk, salt, espresso coffee, baking powder, baking soda, icing sugar,
pure corn oil, cream cheese, 54% dark Belgian chocolate, cocoa powder, fresh strawberries
Vanilla and strawberry Cake:
Butter, free-range eggs, flour, sugar, salt, cow's milk, baking powder, icing sugar, vanilla strawberry jam ( strawberries, sugar) fresh strawberries, mascarpone cheese, whipping cream.

Contains Wheat (Gluten), dairy, eggs & coffee.
Please note: May contain traces of nuts soya and peanuts.
Storage instructions:
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Serving suggestions & cutting the cake:
For maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture we recommend removing the cake from the fridge about 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Ganache may stick to the knife when slicing the cake. To ensure neat slices, simply dip the knife in a jug of hot water then wipe with a clean kitchen cloth regularly.
Try using a palette knife to remove cake slices off the cake board.
