Frequently asked questions:

What time will my order arrive?
We will contact you soon after you place an order on the number you provided at checkout to arrange a date and time slot for your delivery.
All our desserts are baked freshly for you, so please place your order by noon to receive it in two days time for cake orders or six days time for celebration packages.

What if I want to order a cake on a specific date?
You can have a cake any day you like, we only ask you to give us a minimum of two days lead time to prepare your cake.However, If you are ordering a package of desserts for a special occasion please notify us six days in advance.

Do you deliver anywhere in London?
At the moment, we only deliver pre-orders to the following postcodes:

West London: W2, W6, W8, W11, W14
South West London:  SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, SW11

I need to change something on my order
Please contact us so we can get your request looked into as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot change anything 48 hours prior delivery. 

When will you reply to my enquiry?
Our Customer Service team are available 10am-4pm, Monday to Saturday, and we will get back to your email within 24 hours

What are the portions of the cakes?
5" cake: 6-8 portions
6" cake: 10-12 portions
8" cake: 14-16 portions

Are your cakes vegetarian? 
All our desserts are both vegetarian and alcohol free.

Can I eat my cake tomorrow?
All our desserts are hand made without preservatives and best eaten on the day of delivery. However, you can store the cakes in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for 2-3 days. Tiramisu and cheesecake is best enjoyed cool, but please allow the rest of cakes to come to room temperature before consumption.
