Signature Tiramisu - Great Taste 2022

Multiple layers of Savoiardi (Italian sponge biscuits) and our signature mascarpone pastry cream topped with whipping cream and a generous dusting of cocoa powder. 

Our Tiramisu has won a 'Great Taste 2022' star.

The judges admired the appearance of our Tiramisu cups and loved the overall combination. Here is some of their feedback:

''The coffee flavour was pleasingly intense to the point where we wouldn't have guessed it was decaffeinated. ''

 ''The mascarpone is sweet, fresh, clean and light - indeed the lightness, almost cloud-like, pleased us deeply. The balance of sweetness is good, and there is just enough 'dark' tonality from cocoa and coffee to provide contrast.''

''Great that it's good for kids or those avoiding alcohol. We felt after some debate that a star is called for.''

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
consume within 2 days. 

Serving suggestions & cutting the cake:
For maximum flavour we recommend consuming your Tiramisu slices cold.
Please use a cake slice lifter to remove tiramisu slices off the cake board.
