Mascarpone and Strawberry Vanilla cake

Vanilla Victoria sponge Cake filled with a combination of strawberries and strawberry jam (optional) in addition to mascarpone cream with a hint of vanilla.
The cake is topped with a generous scatter of fresh British berries. 

You can choose between 2 and 4 layers of cake.
You can also choose the frosting design of the cake. We can create the following designs:
-Completely Naked Cake 
-Semi Naked Cake, little cream to cover the cake 
-Frosted Cake

Butter, free-range eggs, flour, sugar, salt, cow's milk, baking powder, icing sugar, vanilla strawberry jam ( strawberries, sugar) fresh strawberries, mascarpone cheese, whipping cream.
