Soft butter biscuits with almonds

Based on the famous Greek Kourabiedes, this soft butter biscuit with almonds is

an extraordinary nutty biscuit made from pure butter with no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavourings.
This melt-in-the-mouth butter biscuit is loaded with crunchy almond chunks that are carefully roasted in-house to enhance their nutty flavour.
Each piece is carefully shaped in little moons by hand then baked until just golden and lastly sprinkled with icing sugar.

The dough itself is egg-free and contains a very small amount of added sugar.

Every bite is delicate, buttery, sweet enough, and super crunchy at the same time.
