Creamy baked cheesecake with a generous biscuit base, topped with a layer of fresh whipped cream & fresh raspberries.

Butter, cream cheese*, sugar, free-range eggs, sour cream, unwaxed lemon zest, digestive cookies*, pure vanilla.

Storage instructions:
Cover and keep refrigerated.
Consume within 2 days. 

Serving suggestions & cutting the cake:

All cakes taste their best if eaten on the day of purchase.
For maximum flavour and a soft texture, we recommend removing the cake from the fridge about 10-15 minutes before consumption.

The cheese layer may stick to the knife. To ensure neat slices, simply dip the knife in a jug with hot water then wipe with a clean kitchen cloth regularly.
