Date Cake with Sticky Toffee Sauce

Moist and butter-y Medjool Date cake with a hint of cardamom, clove and cinnamon, topped with our signature in-house toffee sauce and roasted pecans. 
We took the traditional British Sticky Toffee Pudding to the next level.

Ingredients:
Flour, free-range eggs, brown sugar, butter, Medjool dates, salt, baking soda, baking powder, heavy cream, cardamom powder, cinnamon and clove powder

Contains Wheat (Gluten), dairy, nuts & eggs


Storage instructions:
Cover with cling film and keep refrigerated. Consume within 4 days

Serving instructions:
Whole Bundt cake: Heat at 180°c in a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Loaf tray bake: Remove lid, scrape down any stuck sauce. Heat at 180°c for 5 minutes.

Serve while still warm
