Soft butter biscuits with dates and pistachio

This melt-in-the-mouth biscuit is made from pure butter with no additives, preservatives, or artificial flavorings. They are filled with our signature date paste with aromatic notes of cardamom and cinnamon. Each piece is carefully shaped into a little ball by hand, then filled and rolled into crushed pistachios.

The dough is eggless and contains a very minimal amount of added sugar (less than 0.5g per biscuit). The sweetness of the biscuit comes from the dates.

Every bite is buttery, sweet, aromatic, and crunchy without being overly sweet. Making it a perfect treat for those who watch their sugar intake.
