Orange Tea Cake with Olive Oil

Moist Bundt cake, enriched with olive oil & yoghurt. The cake is very lightly soaked in orange syrup and flavoured with a hint of orange blossom water. Topped with orange icing and handmade candied orange slices. A winter cake that goes so well with a cup of tea!
