Middle Eastern semolina cake (also known as Basbouseh or Hareseh) soaked in light sugar syrup & topped with Muhalabiyeh; an eggless rosewater cream patisserie. We top it with pistachios, candied lemon peel, and dry rose petals for the final touch.
