Customised Three Tier Wedding Cake

Moist Vanilla sponge cake filled with our signature mascarpone cream with a hint of vanilla and fresh strawberries. 
The cake is then coated with an external layer of American-style buttercream with a hint of rose water to seal and give the cake a smooth finish.

Colour: off-white smooth cake with rough edges on the top.
Decoration: real Ivory roses and rose petals, scattered all over the cake.

Size: Three-tier cake 

4” cake (4 layers of sponge)
6" cake (4 layers of sponge)
8" cake (4 layers of sponge)

(Veg), No Gelatine, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients
 

Ingredients:
Butter, free-range eggs, flour, sugar, salt, cow's milk, buttermilk, baking powder, icing sugar, fresh strawberries, mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, lemon zest, rose water, pure vanilla.

Contains Wheat (Gluten), dairy & eggs.
Please note: May contain traces of nuts, soya and peanuts.

Storage instructions:
Keep refrigerated and allow it to rest at room temperature for 20-30minutes before serving (the outer layer is made from butter cream and it goes hard and unpleasant when consumed straight from the fridge)
