Moist Vanilla sponge cake filled with our signature mascarpone cream with a hint of vanilla and fresh strawberries.
The cake is then coated with an external layer of American style butter cream to seal the cake and give it a smooth finish.
Colour: off white smooth cake, lower part of the bottom tier in deep/dark green.
Size: Three tier cake
4” cake (4 layers of sponge)
6" cake (4 layers of sponge)
8" cake (4 layers of sponge)
Decoration: a simple yet elegant wedding cake with real white flowers and greenery. Off white with a touch of green at the bottom of the cake.

Ingredients:
Butter, free-range eggs, flour, sugar, salt, cow's milk, buttermilk, baking powder, icing sugar, fresh strawberries, mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, lemon zest, pure vanilla.

Please note: May contain traces of nuts, soya and peanuts.
Storage instructions:
Keep refrigerated and allow it to rest at room temperature for 20-30minutes* before serving (the outer layer is made from butter cream and it goes hard and unpleasant when consumed very cold)
* If the weather is too hot decrease to 15 minutes.
Consume within 3 days
